Renaissance Centre unveils new & improved website
The Wake Forest Renaissance Centre for the Arts is pleased to announce the launch of its redesigned website at www.wakeforestrencen.org/.
Built and hosted by VC3, the Renaissance Centre’s new site offers a more functional and responsive design, which means the website is resizable for any screen, including any mobile device for mobile web users.
The visitor-friendly site is also American Disability Act compliant and features prominent, colorful slideshow-style event banners, along with an event carousel highlighting upcoming programs and performances.
The site also offers improved navigation menus, friendly URLs, social media integration and access, improved online payment capability, and mobile phone/tablet accessibility.
In addition, the new website features a new and improved calendar offering one source for visitors to learn about all of the events scheduled to take place at the Renaissance Centre.
The homepage also prominently identifies all of the current members of the Renaissance Centre Partners Circle.
Other pages throughout the site provide information related to renting the Renaissance Centre, educational programming, planning your visit to the venue and much more.
In 2013, the Town of Wake Forest partnered with VC3 to build and host the original Renaissance Centre website. VC3 has over 20 years of experience and focuses on municipal and county governments.
Citizen and staff feedback were an important part of the entire process of building the new site, as area residents and Town staff were invited to provide feedback prior to the creation of the new site.
The new website is a work-in-progress that will continuously be updated to provide useful information in an easy-to-find and accessible format.
The Town of Wake Forest always welcomes feedback about its programs and services. If you have a comment or suggestion about the new website, simply fill out the “Contact Us” form online at www.wakeforestnc.gov/contactus.aspx.
