The Wake Forest Renaissance Centre Box Office is located at 405 S. Brooks St. Box Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-noon and 1-5pm.
Purchase Tickets
Purchase tickets online. A per ticket convenience fee will be added to the price of the ticket.
Purchase tickets at the Wake Forest Renaissance Centre Box Office. No additional fees apply. Box office hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - Noon; 1 - 5 p.m. The Wake Forest Renaissance Centre Box Office does accept phone orders with a credit card. You can reach someone in the Box Office at 919-435-9458.

Cash, Checks (made payable to Town of Wake Forest), MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Will Call
Tickets left at Will Call may be picked up during business hours Monday-Friday or thirty minutes prior to the performance. Customers must show a valid photo I.D. to pick up Will Call tickets. If tickets were purchased through Etix (online or by phone), the credit card used to purchase the ticket must also be presented. For your protection, tickets will only be released to the person whose name appears on the ticket envelope. To add or change the Will Call pick-up name, contact Wake Forest Renaissance Centre Box Office 919-435-9458.
Refunds
All tickets are non-refundable. If a performance is cancelled, refunds will be processed. Those who purchased with cash or check will be mailed a refund via check. Tickets purchased with a credit card will automatically be refunded to the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
Admission Charge Tax
Effective Jan. 1, 2014, Admission Charge - G.S. 105-164.4(a)(10) imposes a privilege tax on live ticketed events in the State of North Carolina. The sales tax (6.75%) applied to those events includes both the 4.75 percent state rate plus an additional 2.0 percent sales tax levied at the county level.
The Admission Charge includes a charge for a single ticket, a multi-occasion ticket, a seasonal pass, an annual pass and cover charge. In addition to the event price, this tax will be itemized on all tickets for the patron to see.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
If your tickets have been lost or stolen, we encourage patrons to inform the Box Office Specialist as soon as possible and to keep looking. There is no guarantee that lost or stolen tickets will be replaced, although we will make every attempt to assist you.
