October Art Exhibit and Reception

The Wake Forest Guild of Artists welcomes the changing of the seasons with the “Autumn Glory” showcase up now through November 1 at the Wake Forest Renaissance Centre Arts Annex. The artwork featured celebrates the glorious beauty of fall as well as the colors predominant in the season. Art lovers will see the colors in nature through landscapes, vegetables, and more. Yellow, orange, deep reds, and more fall colors will be highlighted in this artistic showcase. Artists include: Heidi Lassiter Ackley, Kathy Bishop, Alison Charchar, Christy Colebank, Jim Dussias, Sarah Helms, Ted Jay, Timea Kallai, Jamie LeJeal, Brianna Lucas, Marcia Moran, David Nies, Delphine Peller, Clina Polloni, Tracy Pratt, Robin Sheehy, Christine Smith, Jane Steelman, and Kathy Weber.

A reception will be hosted on Wednesday, October 18 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Renaissance Centre Arts Annex (407 S. Brooks St.) in honor of these wonderful artists. This event is free and open to the public, and guests are encouraged to stop by to meet the artists and discuss their work. Works are for sale through the artists.
